After obtaining her PhD in Industrial Pharmacy from the Faculty of Pharmacy at Châtenay-Malabry (University of Paris XI Orsay, France) in 1987, Danielle Coste spent more than 35 years in Quality Management (Quality Control Laboratory, Quality Assurance, Quality Auditor, Quality Management) for chemical, pharmaceutical and bio-pharmaceutical companies. On September 2023, she joined EPIV/ULB to set up the Quality Management System with the research and clinical teams.
Dieudonné Mvumbi obtained his PhD in Biomedical Sciences on the molecular chemoresistance of Plasodium at the Clinical Microbiology Laboratory (University Hospital of Liège) before managing Quality for the Belgian laboratories of the Cerba HealthCare. He then joined Sciensano as Accreditation Manager for French-speaking clinical biology laboratories. Today, he is Laboratory and Biosafety Manager at the EPIV-ULB to ensure the smooth running and long-term development of the laboratories.
After obtaining a bachelor's degree of Medical Secretary, Pascale Surardt joined the ULB in 1988 and has worked in several laboratories (Pharmacodynamics and Therapeutics lab, Experimental Hormonology lab, Histology lab and Molecular Bacteriology lab. She finally joined as a part-time the EPIV-ULB with the Bacteriology group.
